Job description
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
• 5 years + experience in manual and automation testing environments
• Proven experience in defining, designing, and executing test scenarios (Zephyr Scale,
TestRail, or similar)
• Experience in test planning, test strategy, test estimation and defect management
• Strong skills in API testing (REST/SOAP), with preference for Postman or Bruno
• Hands-on experience working with API microservices, services, and middleware
modules
• Familiarity with testing mobile applications (Android & iOS) and web frontends
(Angular)
• Advantageous: Experience with automation tools such as Appium and Selenium
• Working knowledge of Java or JavaScript for test automation
• Technical proficiency with Jira, Confluence, SQL, Postman, Kibana, and the ELK
stack
• Experience with banking software (administration, processes, products, etc.)
• Experience with test data preparation and maintenance
• Ability to identify product risks and apply risk-based testing practices
• Experience creating and maintaining automated regression test suites
• Experience preparing test summary reports and quality metrics
• Good understanding of test levels and testing methodologies
• Proven ability to leverage AI technologies for analysis, content generation, process
automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Solid understanding of Agile Scrum methodology
• Good command of English
